The Department of Home Affairs is planning to visit Gansbaai on 3 February 2024 and Qhayiya Secondary in Zwelihle on 4 February 2024 for smart ID card collection.
The Mobile Manager of DHA, Mzukisi Wapi, said: “Unfortunately we are unable to do new applications due to a faulty scanner machine that has not been replaced yet.”
